(It is your responsibility to read ALL of the following information prior booking your appointment).

BOOKING POLICIES:

• Prior to booking an appointment, please carefully read all of our BOOKING POLICIES. Once you book, it is an automatic agreement that you have read, understand, accept & comply with all of the following terms and policies at KatasticFaces.
• You must be 18+ to get any service done even with parental consent.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK. If you have a cough, cold, fever, runny nose, sore throat, flu, or have other symptoms, do RESCHEDULE. If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of an illness or if you appear sick, I reserve the right to refuse service and you will get charged the full service price.
• THIS IS TYPICALLY A TWO STEP PROCESS: Initial + a perfecting session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. In some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look
• BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION: This session is a separate fee and not included with the initial session. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended that you should book your 4-8 weeks touch-up session the same day as you book your initial appointment. This is not required but highly recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION.
• A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure all appointments & of that deposit a $100 + taxes/fees is non-refundable. This booking fee will go towards the total of the service and the remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• If you have previous tattoo/microblading done, you need to submit photos of your bare brows and be approved before booking your appointment. Failure to do so without approval or disclosing you have previous tattoo work will result in appointment cancellation and forfeit of deposit. NO EXEMPTIONS!! Please text send to (214) 702-3555. Please send 3 clear photos as diagramed below (left brow, right brow, and center with both brows in the photo).Please submit photos with NO makeup, filters, and taken in good lighting & clear in quality.

LATE POLICY:

• If you are 20 or more minutes late, your appointment will be considered a "no show" and will result in a forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account weather and traffic times when driving to your appointment. To reschedule, a scheduling fee of $100 is required.

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

• A reschedule to your new appointment is allowed only ONCE. Must advise us 3 days (72 hours) in advance or your deposit will be forfeited.
• If done more than once regardless of notice given, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to send another deposit to secure your new appointment at the current rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us. $100 + taxes/fees is non-refundable. The remaining deposit amount is refundable within 7 days (56 hours) but not less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your appointment or you deposit will be forfeited.
• Any late cancellations due to COVID-19 requires proof of your antigen / PCR test results to avoid a penalty fee.

NO SHOW POLICY:

• No Shows will result in a fee of 100% of the service charged to the credit card saved on file.
• If you wish to rebook, you will be required to pay again as a new client service & you will be required to pay for the service 100% upfront.
• More than one No Show, you will be banned from booking with KatasticFaces for any future services.

Please view the following CONTRAINDICATIONS below before booking. If you schedule your appointment and have one of the conditions listed above, I will refuse service and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:

• Pregnant or nursing (doctor's consent letter REQUIRED)

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

• Diabetic (doctor's consent letter REQUIRED)

• Chemotherapy or Radiation within the 1 year

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Pacemaker or major heart problems

• Organ transplant

• Active skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

• If you take blood thinning medication (increased bleeding which prevents pigment deposit)

• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

• Accutane in the past year

• Had Botox/Fillers within the past 4 weeks

• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.

• If you are allergic to Lidocaine, Prilocaine, Benzocaine, Tetracaine and Epinephrine in a cream or gel form are typically used as anesthesia/numbing.

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system/healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.

If you do not clear all of the qualifications mentioned above, please DO NOT book an appointment. Inquire with your doctor first. If you arrive at the appointment with any of the contraindications, the service will be subjected to a cancellation and forfeiting your deposit.
